User Research
As a graduate student in Information Design and Strategy at Northwestern University, I focused on user research, combining qualitative and quantitative methods to uncover user needs through interviews, focus groups, and data analysis.
For this particular project, my team studied how Northwestern graduate students communicated with faculty and peers, identifying key challenges and successes. I also created the final presentation, translating our findings into a clear, engaging story using a hiking journey metaphor. The result: a well-received presentation and an A for the project.
