Our small team focuses on creating efficiencies while delivering a site experience customers can’t live without. For our semi-annual in-store event—featuring live demos, discounts, and member rewards—I wanted the digital experience to truly feel like an event and align with all supporting collateral.
Traditionally, we relied on agency-provided assets, but this year I developed and pitched a toolkit concept to our stakeholders to establish a unified creative direction.
After approval, I partnered with our lead concept and motion designers to build out the toolkit into dynamic, customer-facing assets. We shared the toolkit with partners, guided agency submissions through art direction, and together achieved a cohesive visual strategy that elevated engagement, revenue potential, and overall brand delight.
